Bug Fixes/Changes

Hallo lads, I have a few bugs and stuff that I will fix/change.............. someday, idk.

1. Guards being able to use Mad Rush even with stun.
2. Himothy getting afflicted with broken bones, I wanna make him keep the HP stat.
3. Maybeeeeee nerf Himothy's skill??
4. Fix game freezing at Nosramus.
5. Add way for Merchant potions to be obtained other than him.
6. Add all items/skills I've added to empty scrolls.
